An Advertising Agency or Public Relation Firm might bring us in to help their client increase their education and awareness of Social Media. A typical engagement is a 3 hour workshop at the Agency office or at the client’s site.

This workshop helps the Agency reduce non-paid sales time and helps the client by providing unbiased education about how Social Media can impact their business.

At the completion of the workshop, the Client will have a better idea of how they can use Social Media to accomplish their goals. The Agency will have direction for new work with their client.

Agency Staff Workshop on Social Media

This workshop looks at various Social Media tools, trends and case studies. This is a good companion workshop for the Client workshop on Social Media as it often leads to new business with clients.

Deliverables & Cost

The 3 hour workshop on current trends and uses of Social Media, explores the Big 5 of Social Media: LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Blogging and Video, considers internal and external uses for improved communication and customer service, increased brand awareness, improving customer referrals and testimonies and yes, eventually sales.

Three Specific Goals:

  1. Educate and increase awareness of Social Media’s impact
  2. Brainstorm on ways to use Social Media in the client’s organization
  3. Action Plan, a list of specific ways in which the organization can use Social Media

Pricing:

$200 – Per Hour, Plus expenses (non-speaking engagements)
