Wayne Millsap founded CFO Advisory Services in 1998 to provide strategic financial guidance to start-up and emerging growth companies. He has over thirty years of experience in finance, management, operations, marketing and accounting. His expertise includes strategic planning for growth, capital formation through venture capital and debt financing; establishing and managing the accounting and financial reporting functions; and assisting and coordinating the human resource and administrative functions.
